Exactly what I need

Thanks so much Jo and Leah. I’m a big Quirky Cooking fan and am currently preparing to begin GAPS. Always feeling sick and overwhelmed it’s a tough pill to swallow introducing yet more food limitations and can feel rather isolating. Great, refreshing, positive podcasts. I’m only a couple episodes in, trying to catch up :)

Quirky journey

Love a quirky journey podcasts!

Fun and informative!

Love listening to Jo, Fouad and their guests.
Really informative for those on a journey to feeling better through food, removing toxins and minimising stress.
Wide range of topics covered and there's often a bit of banter. Some days I skip the banter (when I'm really keen to hear about the topic) others I really enjoy it and find it just as interesting as the guest.
Excellent information on gut issues, autoimmune concerns, gaps etc.
Thank you
