Customer Reviews

Bibbulmun Track

The recent coverage of the Bibbulmun Track trip wil no doubt become a standard resource for propective Bib track travellers - Well done Tim.

Interesting for both hikers and park managers

This is kind of like an Australian version of ‘The First 40 Miles’ podcast, covering topics such as ultralight hiking, gear reviews and different trails in Australia. I particularly liked episode 74 interviewing Steve Sertis from the Bibbulmun Track Foundation discussing the history of the 1000km long track and the contemporary management challenges such as bushfires destroying the camp sites. Episode 54 on the future of hiking is also interesting as they discuss controversial topics such a privatisation of National and State Park experiences. Definitely recommend this podcast!

Binge listening

I have only been subscribed to the podcast for six weeks and find myself binge listening. Really enjoying Tim and Jill’s insight. Now that I have caught up with the weekly releases, I eagerly await the next episode. Being that I from Western Australia, I am especially enjoying the on the track commentary from Tim’s adventure on the Bibbulmun track.
