Love These!

Hi I’m 10 and I listen to these podcasts and they’re amazing! I get to sleep like 15mins earlier than usual and it lets my imagination flow. My favourite part of every night is listening to bedtime explorers, and I get so excited cause you never know just what you’ll find! Amy is a wonderful person with a calming beautiful voice. Love these!

Bedtime meditations and music

I love these meditations and sleep music - such lovely messages and a great introduction to meditation for littlies. Helps my little one switch off from school and the busyness of the day and drift off to sleep. Always works well for the adults :)

If I could purchase these without any advertising I would! (It is minimally invasive tho so don’t let that put you off)

Bedtime game changer

Just discovered this podcast and it’s cut our bedtime struggle from up to 60mins, to the length of one episode. Unreal. Recommending it to everyone.
