Definitely worth a listen for motivation
To start with, I find Matt very hard to listen to as he is very slow.
Buuuuut!!
Matt gets some amazing guests on the show and asks a lot of the questions I would want to ask.
These guests are truly amazing and inspiration & from a sport and fitness lover it motivates me and puts my own training into a different perspective.
5 stars for this podcast series and good job Matt for seeking such awesome & motivation athletes to listen too.
