Terrible podcast. The journalist is incredibly biased, and has no idea how the legal system or the real world works.
Very bad journalism
After listening to this regardless of how dodgy jay is , the journalism is appalling. Not impartial and did not just represent the facts. Jay is clearly a very deceptive character but the facts are the witnesses were not reliable. A sad case for the victims and the journalism was very weak.
Indigenous cultural protocol
I noticed the glaring absence of a mention, at the start of the podcast, that deceased indigenous individuals are discussed. Isn’t that the correct and respectful etiquette?
