Based on the highly successful personal development process called EP7 – Empowered for Purpose in 7 Steps founded by George Helou, the EP7 Podcast hosted by the founder and his co-host Rachel Donovan, was launched to share with you practical and timely advice to improve your confidence, clarity and resilience in all aspects of your life, particularly your relationship with yourself as well as a partnership, family, colleagues and beyond. You can engage the community conversation on the EP7 Official Facebook Page. The whole point of the podcast channel, is to share insights and ideas to help us create and improve relationships and realise our most important goals. We decided to dedicate the first series of podcasts to intimate relationships and how closely this interconnects with the relationship with yourself. We look at bad habits and how we seal a relationship’s fate from the moment we begin it, what to do so we are in a position to attract a suitable partner and what it means to grow together. Another area of conversation will be relationships at work, looking at management and colleagues. We explore how to develop work cultures, helping them to move out of office politics and into thriving environments while breaking records.  We also look forward to discussing relationship issues that arise with family members who we love but who do seem to frustrate us more than anyone.  This is where many of us say that our buttons seem to be pushed the most intensely and frequently. Between the podcasts and the EP7 Official Facebook page, our conversation will take place, therefore together with your feedback and participation, you can guide where our adventure takes us.

Escape the Relationship Matrix

I burned through all the episodes this weekend during my exercise sessions and man alive did my brain receive an equally effective workout as my body did! As a guy who has spent countless number of hours listening to podcasts about relationships, dating, pick up and other male oriented topics, none of them even come close to revealing true, genuine, non-gimmicky strategies that George and Rachel present in just the first three episodes!
If you have a history of choosing the wrong partner time and time again, then invest the 59 minutes to listen to the first three episodes and you too will find yourself saying "Woah!" in a perfect Keanu Reeves accent.
To see just how much further down the rabbit hole goes, listen to the rest of the episodes. You won't be disappointed.

An authentic podcast full of gems!

I have listened to most of the podcasts and I can honestly say that I have got so many gems/pearls of wisdom/aha moments…whatever you like to call them from listening to George and Rachel genuinely, playfully, inquisitively and insightfully discuss a range of topics.
I love hearing the passion and honesty in not only what they are saying but how it is delivered!
I will definitely keep listening so please keep them coming!!

I learn something new from each podcast

I love the natural and authentic way in which George and Rachel address issues that we may all face at one time or another with relationships in our lives. I could listen to this Podcast Channel all day, I always feel uplifted afterwards and learn something new or gain a different perspective from each episode.
