Off to a strong start

Stuart Robbins, astronomer, mars crater expert, and regular contributer to the Conspiracy Skeptic podcast, has begun recording his own podcast dedicated to looking into dubious claims in the astronomy arena. Everything from the Moon landing to the face on Mars to UFOs hidden behind comets to 2012 and the end of the world are up for grabs. Each episode is relatively short, and concentrates on a single topic. Some of the ground covered isn't easy to get across in a spoken word podcast, but Stuart usually does a pretty good job at making the concepts clear and understandable.

The first two episodes are a little shaky as Stuart finds his feet, but the most recent episode is showing more polish.

Personally, I think he could ditch the puzzle and give more time over the topic and the the Q&A section, but maybe that is just me.

Anyway - love the subject area, love Stuart's no nonsense style. Certainly now on my permanent playlist

A must have podcast

Interesting topics and very well explained.

A must for the sci-curious

Along with starstuff, astronomy cast and the naked astronomers, this podcast is excellent. I really enjoy the delivery and his subject matter is spot on.
