A 4 from me dawg…
The only knowledge I have of this case is from this
Stuff NZ podcast, Heavy Metal. It isn’t bad, nor does it quite manage to hit the bar one would expect from Stuff. Three brief episodes felt about right, but I also felt a bit off about the perception of the case and those involved as a murder mystery or something rather than actual human beings who had suffered a great deal. Deffo lack the humanising element. Not a terribly told story though. Easy listen. Has a campfire vibe about it. The victim & his loved ones probably deserved something a bit better though.
Enjoyed it
I had quite enjoyed this podcast. A little shorter than Gone Fishing, and less conclusion, but nonetheless, great effort in reporting.
Kiwi gold
To anybody who didn’t give this five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ is possible suffering from lead poisoning and a side affect being its affect on your brains capacity to know the difference between great and bad.
It’s so nice how it is told in a straight to the point way.
It grabs you in a way a great storyteller is telling you over a camp fire.
The research seems well researched and leaving the listener to draw conclusions rather then have it forced is a hard act that few can do.
Thank you so much for the Podcast and l look forward to your next one.
