Great listening to you guys! 5 Stars!

I cant be the first to leave a review, can I? Well i love allot of the podcasts on virginworlds but to be honest Van Hemlock's is by far one of my favourites! Keep up the good work boys! Kalu Sydney, Australia

One of my favourite podcasts.

Not just a great podcast for gamers, but for anyone who enjoys listening to anything in general, Van Hemlock is one of the rare podcasts that I would think rates 5 stars. Not only as entertaining as any of the top gamer casts, the updates come as reliably as ticks from a metronome. Jon Shute lovingly provides listeners with mmo, console and pc news, developer info and numbers, stupid news of the week and more in an honest, enthusiastic and beguiling tone. The host himself, fantastically named Van Hemlock is usually caught unawares by most news but bolsters conversation with witty repartee and dry humour, caressing your ears with his deep, chocolatey voice. It wouldn’t seem amiss to hear clinking of glasses and the low hum of background conversation as the atmosphere lends itself to something of a warm bar or pub around late afternoon, beer, wine or coffee in hand. Overall it’s something I’d recommend to soothe and satisfy or to escape the doldrums of the day to day, perhaps at work or to liven up boring family events such as weddings or childbirth, which frankly, seem utterly tiresome in comparison.

This is my all time favorite podcast. Funny, good quality informative and great banter.

I started listening to this show around the episode 50 mark, and even went all the way back to the 1st episode (even though the news was no longer relievent) just because it's that good.

One of the best things about this podcast is the high quality of sound, it may not seem like alot, but means you can listen constantly without getting headaches from the poping of the mirophones and listening to a podcast that quite obciously are doing it via skype.

This podcast is definatly worth the listen, and even though I'm a gamer myself, I don't play MMO's..But still a highlight is to listen to these guys just carry on.
