Great for those interested in the science/evidence of body composition and training

This podcast has always been a great resource for information, but I feel, in the last few episodes, Jeff has really put some heavy thought into what topics to cover. The result has been the reverse dieting episode and the female fat loss episode, topics that have not been covered in scientific detail at all. Jeff also knows his stuff when it comes to nutrition/training protocols used by top level coaches, so he can always ask intelligent questions to his guests as opposed to the generic questions that most other hosts would ask. Also, for some reason he always seems to ask the questions that I really want the answers to. Could not recommend this enough.


Prepping for my first comp and soaking in every bit of detail! So informative and so many different guests. I’m just working my way through all the older podcasts. Jeff Nippard brings in guests who have either anecdotal or scientific backgrounds to support their claims.

I have literally binged through these podcasts as if they were Netflix Originals. From reverse dieting to volume training, these podcasts have assisted and informed me in areas that I would not have had any prior interest in learning. My training and long term goals have benefitted and for that I highly recommend having a listen. You will be doing to current and future you a favour by subscribing.
