Jesse vs Cancer Jesse Case

-
Jesse Case is a notable standup comedian who was diagnosed with stage iv colon cancer in June, 2015. He was forced to leave his home and move back in with his parents for treatment. This podcast is sort of about that. It's about a lot of other stuff too. The outcome is unknown, but either way, he's going to document it. Give it a listen. There will be dick jokes.

After listening to the first podcast I felt like I had found a friend. Like Jesse, I was also diagnosed with cancer as a young adult. I don’t know a lot of other young people who have had it so it has been really great to hear about his experience. I can relate to a lot of the issues he is going through which make me feel not so isolated as I once did. I love that he is so open and honest – particularly about his bowel motions.
There is a good balance of cancer stuff and not cancer stuff.
I know that Jesse’s motive in making these podcasts weren’t purely altruistic, but he has made my life much better as a result. I highly recommend this to adolescents and young adults who have/had cancer… or anyone really.
PS Seeing my parents naked is pretty much a daily occurrence >.<
Interesting and poignant but too much swearing and vulgarity
Good luck mate but there was just too much swearing and hypermasculinity for me.
Massively entertaining mix of comedy and pure reason
Funny. Informative. Most rational discussion of religion and other issues facing the world that I have heard. Listen up world leaders and implement these policies. That makes it sound not funny. It is funny. Very funny. Also some almost (it can only ever be almost) David-Foster-Wallace-like gems. I'm racing to catch up on this podcast - currently at episode 25. Why haven't more people rated and reviewed this? What's wrong with you people?
