Religious content

Episode one opens with the claim that these podcasts are non-religious. Nonetheless, it contains the following phrases: "Kingdom of Heaven", "souls" and "Jesus Christ said". Does that sound non-religious to you? I'm sure that this content will appeal to many, but if you're non-religious you may want to look elsewhere.

Wonderful!!

I have really enjoyed each podcast as each epidsode takes on a different lesson and has exposed me to improved ways of thinking and meditating. The content in the lessons is plentiful however not overwhelming and each time i listen to the same lesson i take something more from it that i can use in my everyday life. The more i use the meditation session at the end of the lesson my focus and concentration has improved. My only wish is that the meditation didnt end so abruptly and brought me back to my physical state a little slower and the music perhaps faded - hardly much of a criticism though! Thanks to the Meditation Society of Australia for sharing their work!

Uses religious language, but is very helpful overall

I love many aspects of this podcast and basically learnt my main techniques from it, however I also had a problem with the relgious aspects of this podcast when it claimed it was non-relgious. The mentioning of 'eternal souls' as if it were a fact, is a very relgious idea. I prefer to think of my core as a 'constant self'. There are other mentioning of relgious concepts, and I wonder if all these are neccessary. They can be off putting if one doesn't think of ways around them, and interpret your own path through. Sound quality could be improved, however it's still possible to learn, so thanks. I don't always like the introdcutry stories and leassons, I prefer the actual meditations by the guy.
