Insightful from the get go

If you were lucky enough to overhear their conversation in a coffee shop, you'd be changed in some small positive way. So awesome that you can now tune into it every week. Brooke and Kelly are two great minds that riff together in a way that helps to open your own.

Refreshing, honest and fun

I've been looking forward to hearing this podcast, love these two together! Each topic is relatable and Brooke and Kelly have such awareness and great insight into the little extra things that go on inside our brains in certain weird and awkward situations. I find myself nodding along all the time, and sometimes having a little giggle thinking "gosh that's exactly what happens to me". Love it, looking forward to hearing lots more wonderful topics.

Thought provoking, relatable and practical!

In this day and age, it’s too easy to find ourselves caught up in the frenzied treadmill of modern life, losing ourselves and our reasons for why we do what we do. This podcast series is all about the “being” and how understanding that then guides the “doing” in a more purposeful way. "Legacy” and the idea of a “eulogy vs resume life” underpins and weaves its way through many of these podcasts. To "Start with Why” (a Simon Sinek favourite) and internalising the idea that we can live deliberately and with intention, makes it easier to say “Yes” to what counts and remove the overwhelm and trepidation from decision making, creating a richer and more fulfilled daily life. I’m loving the honesty, openness and authenticity of what I’ve heard so far and am looking forward to more from Brooke and Kelly!
