Customer Reviews

Incredibly helpful and insightful

Elizabeth Gilbert is incredibly generous in her podcasts as she provides advice to creatives to help them with their work.

She first talks them through their problems and provides advice.

Then she calls someone amazing like Brene Brown to ask for opinions on the issues the creative person is facing.

Finally, she circles back to the creative to find out how the advice has gone in implementation.

There are always take-aways from each episode.

More than that, I find them helpful when I'm experiencing a dip in motivation and need something to inspire me to keep going.

Thank you Liz!

Insightful and Motivating

Liz Gilbert is such a generous, spiritual, insightful and caring person that the podcast oozes wisdom. For an Aussie like me, she can be a little "over the top" in her enthusiasm and encouragement, but it is well worthwhile overlooking this and really listening. I don't relate to every recipient of her help, but I do most, and I have gleaned good advice from all her helpers. Ep.204 with Mark Nepo, regarding poetry, was one I had to listen to more than once! Highly recommended!

Big magic

This podcast feels like I get to hang out with Liz Gilbert for an hour or so each week - an hour where I am inspired by people and their diverse approach to bringing creativity into their lives. One of my all time favourites.
