I love Margaret’s podcasts . Just straight forward easy to understand information. I find these podcasts full of very up to date information , always on the pulse of what is happening Australia wide. If you’ve read about it Margaret is talking about it . Expect insightful information , questions and answers
Poor Advice (Margaret is nearly always wrong)
Margaret Lomas has one of the worst track records in the industry when it comes to predicting property price movements. Go back to some of her earlier publications where she predicts a “hotspot” and she how poorly she has done. Be careful with her advice, it’s rusty to say the least
Real gold
All those questions you never thought needed answers, that and a whole lot more you also never knew you needed answers to. Anyone looking to invest, should be starting here. You cannot know enough about property investing and knowing where to look for unbiased advice is probably the best kept secret in the industry, but not in this podcast series!
