Recorded at Ted's Grooming Room, London, with hosting duties split between Tim Lovejoy and Matt Johnson, each episode features an open and honest conversation between guest and host, because while the moustache has always been the conversation starter, it’s talking and being there for someone that really matters.

Required Listening
Men's health is so often sidelined, and so men often sideline their health. Many feel they cannot talk about the troubles they face, even with close friends. This phenomenal series lifts the silence in a series of powerful interviews with male public figures who have faced all kinds of problems.
I was so happy to hear this season's guests are even more exciting. The production absolutely shines - the whole show is really polished. This is one of those podcasts you get so excited for when a new ep comes up, but you also have to brace yourself for some truly powerful emotion.

Inspiring podcasts
It’s awesome to see men’s health being encouraged to be part of daily conversation and all the episodes I’ve heard feature inspiring men and women who are doing exactly that! Look forward to listening to more...Great work Osher and Movember team.
