I’m in love with this podcast
I absolutely adore this podcast. Yes some of these negative reviews are correct - the host does speak about herself quite a bit but just as the title suggests this is an honest ‘conversation’. This is two women sharing, connection, relating through conversation. Just as we all do with the important women in our lives. I don’t think it’s possible to get down to such real, raw, emotional content if it was just one person doing the talking. I love hearing what Alison has to say, she is just as intelligent and inspiring as the influencers she is talking to. Thank you Alison. I always finish the podcast feeling a little more in touch with my feminine.
I tried this after seeing people posting about it on Instagram and seeing a range of high profile guests on it. But the podcast was lost on me as it seemed the interviewer talked about herself too much. Isn’t it meant to be about the interviewee? And not sure what was ‘real’ about it, it was just people talking about how they use Instagram?
Something for everyone
I was absolutely blown away by the first episode, and it got me hooked. Each episode is a special type of raw that really does show the other side of the Instagram names. It’s great to hear such high profile people such as Alison and her guests strip down to the bare, sometimes not so good side to show us listeners that were all the same and going through similar things. Each episode has a new angle, and you can learn something so different from each guest. I am 28 weeks pregnant and it’s all I’m listening to right now to get my though the days of counting.(I also would love it if Alison could do an solo episode/ someone interviewing her to talk about some of the things she’s learnt etc) love love love.
