Absolutely fantastic!

I highly recommend this podcast series, the motivation is kept high & before you know it you're running for 30 minutes straight & wondering why you thought you could never do it. If you're serious about stating to run, then you should definately download this interval series. Great Work DJ Steve...keep up the great work!!! I see there is a 10k session started, does that mean we can expect a 20k series too? I hope so.

Wonderful podcasts

I've just finished the Bridge to 8k program after doing Robert Ullrey's Couch to 5k. I'm now doing Freeway to 10k. All great, the music is so motivating and makes the progression easy and attainable. These podcasts have kept me going for 5 months, can't believe my progress. Thanks so much for turning a 67 year old woman into a runner!
