Each week Sam Blacker talks to people with successful careers and asks them to share stories of anything they have done that they feel shame about. What follows is an exploration of shame, to see if it has any influence on those of us who have achieved success. Sam is a seasoned radio broadcaster and producer and uses this experience to really connect with each of his guests and get them to open up and share the things they feel ashamed about. I am the type who struggles under second hand embarrassment, but this was so wonderful. Sam takes what can be an awkward topic, and makes it fun, relatable and sometimes even enjoyable. It's a wonderful and unique idea brilliantly executed.
I would also like in future an episode that features that bell from game of thrones and someone saying shame. But I'll probably keep listening regardless.
Fun and easy to listen to. Shame is such an interesting topic and this is a fun way of exploring it!
A great listen
I've been a fan of Sam Blackers other podcasts and this one delivers with insight and his unique fair dinkum humor.
