Fat courage
I’ve only just come across this podcast (how had I not thought to search for body posi podcasts earlier?!?!) and am absolutely loving it! 3.5 seasons in and I’m still excited to see what episode is next. It has even given me the courage to call out fat shaming at work, something this passive introvert never had the courage to have done in the past! Thank you ladies!
A podcast home
I have listened to this podcast from day one and it is truly one of the best things about this new generation of feminists. It’s thoughtful, interesting, laugh out loud worthy, cry worthy and full of liberation and education. I cannot recommend the work of April and Sophie more. This podcast will soon become your home and safe space and best friend club. As a fat woman there’s podcast space I’d rather be in.
Just what everyone needs
Heard about this podcast through fat positive activists on instagram. I’m obsessed, as someone who has always struggled being fat and with an eating disorder this is truly helping me accept and love my fat body. Thank you so much Sophie and April you are incredible ❤️❤️❤️
