Great podcast

This is a great resource for kettlebell work and strength training, written from the standpoint of a student as well as teacher, the host presents the material in a way that is easy to follow. The interview in episode 12 is highly recommended.

Would give it 6 stars

Not only is Scott very knowledgeable in his own right, he also seeks out the best instructors and researchers for his interviews. This is a truly top quality podcast!
