If you are a performance enthusiast and research geek, subscribe immediately. The Strength Of Evidence Podcast is loaded with usable, unbiased, evidence informed discussion and is at the same time, entertaining.

A show that everyone into life should read

I am a huge fan of Jonathan Fass and Bret Contreras through either their work or appearances on the Fitcast.

This show is solid and generally weighs in at 1.5 to 2.0 hours but may be long for some. Personally I love the length of the episodes as there is no B.S. filler, just solid content and critquing of the science of fitness and nutrition.

I hang out for each new episode and celebrate with a cupcake when they are released! J/K. It's actually half a bottle of tequila!

So check out this pretty stellar podcast! Tres Awesome!
