Customer Reviews

I could listen over and over again

Fabulous insight into the world of painters and how they think and work. Throughly enjoyable listening.

A Great Learning Experience!

I have listened to quite a few of Maria’s podcasts and they have all been so interesting and entertaining. As a beginning artist I feel self conscious about my lack of formal training but I have learnt a lot of tips from the interviews and realised that life’s experiences can be just as valuable if not a good starting point. I have just listened to Alexander McKenzie and loved his story. All the artists open up to Maria as she is so knowledgeable and warm. Thank you for this wonderful series Maria.

Informed interviews

I listen to Maria’s interviews with Australian painters while I’m painting in my garage. Maria is a painter herself, so she has fabulous insights into the trials and tribulations involved with painting. Her questions are relevant and open up interesting conversations about each artist’s practise. I find Maria has the irrefutable balance between information and entertainment. This podcast has really helped me with my own art practise.
