Funny, insightful and highly relevant
These ladies have me in stitches with every episode. Though the focus is mainly on female health issues, there's so much to learn and understand about our lady friends. This is a great point of intellectual reference that is also warmly engaging and deeply insightful. Keep the great work you two!
Great podcast and very easy to digest...
Although this is not specifically meant for me being a male, I still find the information very relevant with dealing with clients symptoms and it sends me down the right path to search for different strategies than what is just popular in the mainstrem media or able to purchase behind the counter. I only wish they would go a little longer as I know they have so much more information to share.
Every woman needs to listen to this
Obsessed with this podcast. After hearing Kate on the Inspired Table, I have become a bit of a fangirl. Everything these gorgeous women say just makes sense! So important for anyone who is confused about nourishing and looking after their bodies.
