Fantastic and so informative

IF is an amazing way of life, weight loss is just the beginning. Ever-improvig health was and is such a fantastic bonus. This is a great podcasts that answers all your questions about Intermittent Fasting and OMAD (One Meal a Day)

Okay

I enjoyed the first few episodes but as they go on I find Melanie condescending and "fake". Gin, you are wonderful. This podcast needs to differentiate between facts and anecdotal evidence.

Listen every week. Like two friends at dinner. Can't have enough of Jin's accent. Light, interesting and informative without preaching. Keep up the good work.
