Music clips too short

So this would be a great podcast but the music clips are cut waaay too short. I'm not sure if it's licensing or time restrictions but if it is for time could I suggest editing the live dj part, reading tweets etc instead of not playing whole songs.

Good content- where's the songs?!

J-Files are an institution. But playing with only very brief song snippets really spoils it. Probably some licensing reasons I assume, but it makes the experience poor, especially when not familiar with the bands.

Please bring back the music!

I used to love the J Files Podcast (I still do) but the new format with no music at all is really missing something! Yes, it was frustrating that the previous format only had brief music clips but it was better than nothing. By at least being able to hear 20 or 30 seconds of a song it really added context and often I would pick up a song I'd heard many times before but never realised was by a particular artist.
