The mindful kind

I love the content of this podcast. Some awesome ideas, advice and things to think about. The only thing I could offer is perhaps to slow down a little, Rachael. It sounds as if you are reading very fast off a piece of paper. A more relaxed, conversational pace would make this so much easier to listen to. Maybe use dot points so it doesn’t feel so rehearsed. I hope you take this with warmth and kindness as it is intended :)

Good but she talks wayyyyy too fast!

Slow down please!! You talk so fast that your good content is totally missed. I want to hear what you have to say but it’s impossible when you talk so fast! Isn’t mindfulness about slowing down after all??

Great tips, timeless podcast.

This is a great forced, short and to the point, podcast with useful tips. Rachael brilliantly identifies and covers topics to help get through the tough and ‘blank’ times in life. Her simple techniques become life long tools. A must listen to podcast.
