Great and important podcast

Well researched and compelling podcast. The despicable history of child sexual abuse by institutions in Australia (including some of the individual abusers) is well told and something people should know about so that it doesn’t happen again.

I don’t agree with the criticism of Melissa Davey, I found her to be intelligent, passionate and informative. She’s young and sometimes emotional, which in my opinion is a testament to her passion.

Bravo!

The Guardian Inside George Pell’s Trial.

Is there something wrong with the woman journalist? Her voice is terrible to listen to. Ugh!

Thank you

Many, many thanks for this. I worked for years in the legal system with women and children who experienced sexual violence, and the royal commission and Pell’s trial have been very close to my heart. I feel devastated by the acquittal and I feel deep gratitude to the journalists who reported on all this with such integrity and respect for the survivors.
