Great information

Really easy to listen to with informative tips and strategies and it’s Australian 🙌🏼, while I don’t mind swearing it is a bit over used by Matt and the 100% is used constantly which is annoying, put those 2 things aside i am enjoying there podcasts.

I enjoy this podcast for the information given and the relatability. I do find that Matt can be quite rude and condescending to Courtney which bothers me. I have still given 5 stars so maybe take this as constructive criticism.

The best weightloss podcast ever!!

Ive been listening to these podcasts on repeat for about 9 months now and every time I get something new out of them. They are so relatable and informative. I would go so far to say that the podcasts are what have kept me on track on days when I would have given up by now. Matt and Courtney have completely changed the way I look at weightloss and I am so grateful for their No b .s approach!
