My new fav podcast!

Thanks for this guys, it is now my fav podcast, I'm going thru a life change ATM and this is really helping me. Keep up the great work.
I would love you hear you guys talk about, going from unhealthy to healthy unfit to fit, and the best way to go about it and the changes in people's body's. 61% of Australians are over weight or obese so I think this would be a great topic to talk about. Thanks again and can't wait for the next podcast. Scott.

Great!

This is a great podcast, shame it's only once a week.
I'd like to hear your take on the effects of alcohol on health and how it can/cannot be incorporated if you have a well balanced diet.

Loose

Keep up the great work guys! This podcast gives a great insight into being and creating a healthy lifestyle for everyone. They topics are nicely varied from nutrition to fitness and beyond. Very easy to listen to, yet superbly in-depth. I have listened to all episodes 2-3 times each, and have added many parts of your podcasts into my own wellness plan. Damien, Brett and Laurence speak with great knowledge about something they love, Wellness. It is hard not to be infected by their enthusiasm.

Would love to hear more about how our bodies adapt to different training eg interval, Fartlek. And, how it effects our energy systems eg anaerobic, aerobic.

Cheers!
