How To Have The Difficult Conversations That Keep Your Kids Safe

A heads up: This episode discusses child sexual abuse and may be better to listen to with headphones if little ears are around.

As parent we know that conversation with our kids can sometimes go in one ear and out the other, but sometimes there is a conversation so important we need to make sure it sticks.

This episode Tegan Natoli is joined by Triple M Rush Hour Sydney Host and founder of Gotch4Life Gus Worland, who is also the founder of Gotcha For Life, to learn how to talk to your child about their safety, how you can adapt those conversations for any age child and the resources available to help you navigate those chats with confidence.

Why Your First Child Is Probably Your ‘Pancake’ Kid

Why Your First Child Is Probably Your ‘Pancake’ Kid

We know children don’t come with an instruction manual, so we’re bound to make mistakes, especially with our first child.

This episode Libby and Tegan discuss which of their children they have done the best parenting on and which child is the ‘practice pancake’.

Plus, most families in Australia are struggling with the cost of living crisis, so we’ve got some simple changes for your every day to ease a bit of the financial load.

And in nails and fails Tegan’s son is loving his mullet, and Libby tries to (unsuccessfully) convince Tegan to have a fourth child

Gender Reveal

Really enjoyed listening to this episode with Leigh and Tegan. I agree with Leigh on this topic! Other people’s expectations and disappointment on the gender reveal can really impact on the parents. The health of the child is everything.

dreadful journalism ,

The irony of Leigh

For reasons unknown, I listened to the no filter podcast where Mia interviewed Leigh who was actually crying for the multiple attempts for IVF. It was the worst thing possible for her, yet now between her socials and her podcast, etc, all she does is complain about her son, and constantly puts her wants above her child’s needs. It is true in life, that when the path is so difficult, don’t go there. Leigh went there, and she clearly regrets it. I hope between looking in the mirror, admiring her looks, etc that she is saving enough money for her son’s therapy because he will need it when he realises that Leigh loves Leigh the most and 57 tries of IVF without success is a warning to her that she will not be a good mother, rather than her assumption that a child is her right to have and mentally torture - a sad novel or desperate documentary is forthcoming
