So Amazing!

Colleen has captured everything you want to know or would have pondered about vegetarian and veganism. As a very young listener myself, i feel so empowered to continue my quest for a more animal friendly lifestyle through colleen's work. She is very motivational and very informative. Highly recommended for vegans and non vegans!

This podcast has changed my life

I listened to this podcast thinking I might become vegetarian. With Colleen's calm and compassionate voice in my ear, I am now transitioning to becoming a vegan. I played a couple of the podcasts to my partner and now she is bocoming vegan too. Colleen is like my bestfriend I have never met. This is the best thing I ever put on my I-Pod

The information provided in the podcasts is very well researched and easy to understand. I highly recommended subscribing. I have become addicted since listening and learning and inturn helping the animals. Colleen has taught me things that are so simple yet people still don't know or don't want to know. One of the main things that sticks in my head is about the cow's milk only having calcium in it because they eat grass. Why don't we just eat greens too. EASY!
