Finally, a podcast about women who want success

Just came across this great podcast that speaks to the heart of what it takes for women to succeed in business. Some honest advice! I can't wait to listen to some more as I'm driving to the office! Keep 'em coming ladies!

Sonya knows her stuff

Absolutely thrilled to have come across The Liberation Lab - a podcast for honest and authentic conversations around being a female in business. LOVE IT <3

On point, unique & very intelligent

These podcasts are extremely useful not only as a woman in business but as a person in general. The topics discussed are diverse and approached from a place of integrity and deep insight. They cover the nuts and bolts of business but more importantly and to a greater extent they address our inner workings so that we can feel more integrated and have more clarity around our personal and business’s purpose. It is not regular self help, positive thinking style of inner workings but a more grounded style with reference made to current understanding within the psychotherapy arena.

I feel more connected to my authentic self as I listen and it’s from this place that I am able to move as a more integrated person with greater and more sustainable energy supplies that I can use of course toward the nurturance and flourishing (it is hoped) of my business.
