Outland is a six-part comedy series about a gay science fiction fan club and the lives, loves and never-ending dramas of its five members. There’s Max, insecure and looking for love; the sexually-adventurous, muffin-baking Andy; Rae, the moral centre and unofficial head of the group; the high-camp, high-maintenance Fab; and the wealthy, socially-inept Toby. Every meeting collapses into chaos. Fault-lines within the group are exposed and secrets and skeletons come crashing out of the closet. Can science fiction save them all? Outland is a series about belonging, no matter who you are, and how everyone searches to find a place to fit in.

One of the funniest, gay comedies I have seen. Most others are lame but this is just funny. The one liners are hilarious! Thanks Adam!
Laugh out loud funny
It's about time somebody wrote a comedy show that was actually funny. Bonus points for being irreverent to an Australian degree, with a no holds barred approach to tackling issues of geekdom, sexuality and everything in between. Anyone with a sense of humour will love this show, but if you're a nerd like me and a sci-fi fan to boot, you'll instantly be looking for friends to share the laughs with. Top shelf funny without ever taking itself seriously.
well done for a comedy series not afraid to push boundaries. bonus points for the endless doctor who geek references in both episodes so far. It's good to see a geek actually WRITE a geek show :)
