Starting with a fat white guy who thinks he's Michael Jackson and ending with the triumphant return of Homer's brother Herb, The Simpsons, Season 3 is filled with classic moments, stars, and stories. Winner of six Emmys for voice over acting, the season includes the tearful reunion of Krusty the Clown with his father, the debut of Fat Tony as Bart joins the mob, Magic Johnson helping Homer become a word in the dictionary, Lisa getting a pony, Bart building a go-cart, Homer inventing the Flaming Moe, the satirical story of Bart in a well, the spectacular "Homer at the Bat" featuring an all-star roster of baseball greats, and Homer's foray into music management into Colonel Homer. A year filled with amazing memories--including the first time The Simpsons ever beat The Cosby Show--that no true fan would want to be without.

Well I love the it

I love it!

I very much enjoy this series. The Simpsons was one of the most consistently funny TV shows ever produced. While it's true that these old ones are a lot better than the new ones, it doesn't necessarily mean the new ones are bad. Anyway, this season had some great episodes, and if you have to choose between seasons 1, 2, 3, or 20 (the only ones available at the time of writing), get this one. Seasons 1 and 2 were a bit slow in pacing, and season 3 is the best of them all.
