    Falling Skies

Sabotage during the grand-opening of a luxury space hotel calls International Rescue into action. The massive structure (which self-assembled in less than a week with Brains-invented nano-construction material) is falling out of orbit, and if not fixed in time all aboard (including Lady Penelope and Parker) will be lost – not to mention the devastation on the ground from falling debris. While John and Scott work to slow the hotel’s decent, the rest of the team (along with reporter Kate Cavanaugh) try and find the cause of the malfunction. Kayo soon discovers that The Hood is responsible for the sabotage, but the villain manages to escape just as the Thunderbirds send a command for the falling hotel to “rebuild” before it hits the ground.

To avoid damage to Thunderbird 3, Alan is forced to fly away from the strike zone while Scott jumps down to the base. Both Captain Taylor and Scott make their way to a Moon Buggy and drive across a treacherous lunar landscape to reach Thunderbird Three before the “big one” demolishes the base.

    Recharge

High in the arctic, a machine designed to harness the energy of the aurora borealis has gone haywire. If not repaired, not only does it threaten a massive energy discharge, but it could permanently disrupt the magnetic field protecting the Earth. Scott and Virgil answer the call in TB1 and TB2, despite Virgil's insistence that they both need a break. Complicating matters is the fact that an atmospheric approach will be impossible, which forces Scott and Virgil to configure SKI PODS to get there in time. During transport, Scott admits to Virgil of the burdens he feels as the leader. The crisis is ultimately averted with the help of Max the Robot, and the brothers return home for some well-needed R and R.

    Undercover

When an undercover sting operation to secure some stolen Mag-Lev tech involving Lady Penelope, Kayo, and a heavily-disguised (and hilarious) Parker gets blown prematurely by the GDF (with help from new employee Ned Tedford), Parker finds himself taken prisoner by the panicked thief (Banino). A thrilling aerial pursuit ends with a hard landing and some collateral damage that requires International Rescue to intervene. As Scott arrives in Thunderbird 1, Lady P helps co-ordinate the ground rescue while Kayo goes after the thief. But when Banino reveals he knows the shocking connection between her and The Hood, Kayo finds herself torn between letting him go or giving up her secret. Either way, Kayo must face the fact that in terms of keeping her secret from her brothers, her days are numbered.
