After leaving her job at a financial services firm under a cloud of suspicion and sexual innuendo, Fiona Wallice (Lisa Kudrow) sets up shop as a therapist. But the practice has failed to thrive, and Fiona is bored to death by the endlessly long sessions. Enter the idea of Web Therapy, a new "treatment modality" of the three minute video chat, that Fiona invents to continue her practice from the comfort and convenience of her own home. Vain and pampered with a completely outsized opinion of herself, Fiona is every patient's worst nightmare. The wife of a successful attorney and the daughter of privilege, she is clearly more interested in establishing an online franchise and herself than she is in helping anybody in need. Yet miraculously, the unsuspecting patients keep showing up...

The concept of this show is really clever but the writing just doesn't deliver. I was expecting to be laughing at least a few times but was just frustrated and kept waiting for the punch line to hit. Lisa Kudrow is a great actress but this isn't a good show. So glad I didn't pay for this.
...also not for me
I can see the subtle style of humour in the characters and the dialogue. But it's not engaging and the show is really draining to watch. I'm only using my energy now to write this review to save some others the torture of hoping it gets better later. It sure doesn't at the end of the first free episode. I'm not sure I'd pay for another episode to find out why there are big name stars coming up in the season. Even if the entire season was free; it would still be very low on my list to watch.
Not for me...
She was ok in Friends, but not here
