App loopt steeds vast
Autodelen lijkt me een mooi initiatief maar ik probeer al een hele avond lid te worden maar de app loopt steeds vast op het scannen van id en rijbewijs. Heb op op 3 verschillende apparaten geprobeerd.
Je krijgt ook geen foutmelding en wordt telkens terug naar af gestuurd waar je weer van 0 dient te beginnen.
Uiterst frustrerend!

Incredibly bad
It functions (most of the time), but it’s very, very hard to use. User journeys to rent a car make no sense and are very confusing leading to accidental rents at the wrong time, which are frustrating to cancel as well. Needs a complete redesign.

Cambio est une application qui n’utilise pas les avantages de l’application et ses possibilités.
Service approximatif, comme désuet et non correspondant à notre époque, lourdeur des démarches d’inscription, prix élevés, manque de connaissance et de professionnalisme,…
On peut leur laisser que la plupart des voitures sont de qualité, pas toutes
