kijk, de oefeningen zijn erg goed en gevarieerd, maar wat mij echt stoort is dat er tussen de oefeningen amper 3 SECONDEN rust is... dat is veel te weinig.
Leuke, goede app! Tussen de oefeningen door kan je gemakkelijk op pauze drukken om te bekomen... ;)
