Fraudulent
I was a fan before. Now every month i get cut out on the books i want to read and am still reading. Always gets shifted to next month. For example i was listening to an audiobook and after 2days its not even available anymore. This has happend to me twice already, two consecutive months!!
To elaborate I downloaded a book to read and another that I wanted to start reading. Again the same problem happend like in the previous month. At first the helpdesk responded that it was because of my interest in the same kinds of books.
I tried to verify it this month i only read 1 book, and started listing to another. And all of a sudden the once I downloaded (2books) got shifted to next month and to make matters worse the book i was listening also disappeared.
The helpdesk isn’t helping and I don’t get acces! It feels like a scam to me. Two consecutive months i got ripped off! I have been a member for two years already, never had this kind of issues before!!!
I want to cancel my subscription!!!

Awful
I had a two months free trial, and both times after having listened to two (2!) books, every other book I was interested in suddenly became unavailable until the next month. Talk about unlimited audiobooks
