Singer/songwriter Dan Craig was born and grew up in Denver, CO. He attended the University of Pennsylvania, graduating in 2004, after which he moved back to Colorado, where he tried to combine going to medical school with developing a musical career. He self-released his debut album, New Every Morning, on September 17, 2004, and followed it with Wirebird on January 11, 2007. At the end of 2007, he took a break from medical school in order to devote himself to music. His 2008 EP, Many Sparrows, available free as a download from his website, www.dcraigmusic.com, was followed by his third full-length album, Skin Grows Thin, in the spring of 2008. ~ William Ruhlmann
