Héctor & Tito

About Héctor & Tito

Comprising producer Hector Delgado Roman and singer/rapper Efrain Finez Nevarez, Hector & Tito released their debut, VIOLENCIA MUSICAL, in 1998, and achieved massive popularity over the years with a number of hit singles, including “Baila Morena,” “Cae La Noche,” and “Amor de Colegio.” The duo paved the way for both the sound and the commercial exposure of the reggaeton genre, gaining a high profile throughout Latin America and the States, and inspiring such artists as Don Omar, Tego Calderon, and Daddy Yankee. A LA RECONQUISTA won a Billboard award for Latin Rap Album of the Year for 2002. Hector & Tito split up the following year, with both artists moving on to successful solo careers.
