In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. As a child my parents took my brother, sister and I to see The Wiz. This musical reenacted of The Wizard of Oz, was a huge impact on me! From the stories through songs, colors and vocals. I was fully immersed and this sparked my love for music. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Anderson .Paak, Bruno Mars, Silk Sonic, An Evening With Silk Sonic Michael Jackson, Thriller Snoop Dogg, Doggystyle First of all these albums can be played through with no skips! Each album represent a different phase in my life but the one thing they have in common is that I felt good playing and listening to them and kept them on repeat during that time period. Big Ro Muzic)” This is my motivational song that I sing whenever things feel off or negativity arrives in my life. I will tell myself that this is still my "Moment". Even if it does not feel like it, push through Jay-May because it is my "Moment"!! What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Back in 2018 I was able to perform at three events during SXSW. That was a major opportunity that I really enjoyed. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I want to perform with some of the artist that have been influential in my career. Being able to do a song with them and perform that song would be a major accomplishment.
