Overall picture
The app works fine, it seems that for some people in the review section it doesn't but that might be due to app maintenance or a crappy phone. Besides the app, which I think is not the most important thing about bank services, the staff is very friendly, they are fast workers. Fast in a way like, before I chose to sign a contract with Bullbank, which took 3 months (for my patience!!!). Gave up on that bank, went to DSK and within a week/week and a half, I had everything PLUS access to everything.
Top notch service as well as for the comfort with the non time consuming process.
Worst app and bank overall
I hate this bank this all my heart. Suddenly, they decided to not allow me to transfer my money from one account to another. When I tried to reach to the support and understand why I could transfer my money for almost 2 years and now I suddenly can’t - they said that I need to go to the physical bank office and write some kind of application for creating a signature 🙂 just to transfer money 🙂 And it’s getting better - my friend who has the same app can still use the transfer without any signature, it probably means that I’m so special 🙂
The support doesn’t care a bit about your problem, you’re just constantly wasting your time and then in the end you still have to go to the office or the problem won’t be solved.
Thanks for the worst user experience ever. It’s really remarkable how the app can be designed and developed that bad
No Apple Pay integration
The application is good for the purposes that one would like to use it for. But I just tried to add my card to Apple Pay and was disappointed to find out that most of the Bulgarian banks already offer this integration, but not DSK… I was really looking forward to removing the necessity of bringing my physical card with me every time I go out, and having to search for my wallet every time that I am shopping. I hope that DSK mobile app developers will address this soon.
