App doesn’t work
After today update, app closes immediately when I open catalog. Please check it asap.
App issues
My favourite app and online shop became the one that I rarely open after the updates- terrible performance. It’s recommending things that are irrelevant to the one that I search, loading up very slow and it goes back and removing your search so you have to start from the beginning. You have to look at this because your competitors are doing way better with their app performance.
Fee for adding card, second review - why was first not published???
After the UI update the app has terrible performance. Very slow, crashes a lot.
I cannot see my orders although I have made orders since 2017.
There is an unconscionable fee for adding a card as payment method?! Why should I pay BGN 0,45 to save my card - other retailers stimulate with promos to save payment details while you charge me for that!!!
