I am truly sorry for bothering you about that but i have some serious issues - accidentally i subscribed for your app - i didn’t want to. Is there a way i can get my money back from this subscription?

Problem to load the app
Hi! I had and used Prequel in 2019 and I was super happy about ot.
But after renew my subscription a few days ago, I guess 3 I cannot access the app.
The app says, I already subscribed, and when I give permission to access my photos or videos, the app just load the logo screen and stays there. Is there something you could do, because it is a little bit frustrating to pay for the service you cannot use.
