It seems they care about user privacy. Yet there’s no option to reset passwords and information from the app and you have to do it on their website. But they’re happy to store any card information you’re willing to pay with. Given the majority of users order from their mobile devices, I don’t think this is an acceptable compromise for the end user

Not exactly the best service

I’m quite disappointed in their systems and the way the app treats customers and it seems like the overall quality of their services has dropped significantly over time. It has happened to me (on multiple occasions) that i order takeout at a reasonable hour (for example 7/8 pm) and i receive an order confirmation followed by the estimated time(which notification appears in the app after approximately 20 to 30 minutes after placing my order)of my order’s arrival(which is never any less than half an hour or more) and as i wait till the given time is near to its end i receive yet another notification saying that my order has been cancelled.
In short , the app takes about 30 minutes to process my order and than nearly an hour to deliver it if it even does so . This is incredibly frustrating and inconvenient since the whole point of take out is to deliver something faster than it would take you to cook that meal yourself , right? And don't get me wrong i do not order some fancy foods than would take hours to prepare but mainly simple and easy-to-cook foods such as pizza,salad,burger etc.
I’m not sure if its a glitch or if im the only one with this experience but i find it quite dissatisfactory and surely doesnt say much good on the apps team behalf .

Horrible app try glovo way better

This app keeps disappointing me more and more each time i order. Every order i place takes more than an hour and a half every time even though i order when there’s no traffic for this reason.
I place an order at a specific time and they deliver it an hour before when this food isn’t for my it’s for guests meaning it will be cold and dry by the time they arrive.
Their team that solves these issues is absolutely useless instead of giving a refund or at least sending another meal at the requested time they gave me a 20% voucher that can ONLY BE USED WITH ONLINE PAYMENTS meaning it is absolutely useless to me since i don’t pay with card at all.
And even if i did this 20% them giving me back 20% of the amount i paid for that is going to trash because of their lack of service.
Glovo is an ideal example of a good service they refund any damaged products and always on time, their customer service is absolutely amazing with cheaper delivery fees!
