On my first tour of Europe, when someone told me that they traveled nearly seven hours to see my performance, I felt that my music was more appreciated than I could have imagined. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? DMX, DMX: The Ruff Ryder Michael Jackson, Michael Jackson Greatest Hits: HIStory, Vol. 1 Bob Marley, always put me at ease and helped pave the way for reggae. I adore Michael's soulful music. Dmx's Ruff Ryder which I listened to countless times, had that "hungry on the grind" vibe. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “A Song for Mama” It’s just something about that song that always reminds me of the appreciation I share for my mother after all the trouble I got into when I was younger. It's also one of my favorite groups of all time. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Performing at Sunfest with Mac Miller and Kendrick Lamar was an amazing experience. I also had the opportunity to open for Bare Naked Ladies, and have been featured on ABC News. I also performed in Africa in front of 50,000 people. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Yes, I still want to headline a world tour, be nominated for a Grammy, and eventually collaborate with a few other artists.
