The Little Red Book of Mizan

The Little Red Book of Mizan has been a collaboration of therapists and healers, many of whom are Mizan practitioners. Those that are not, are supporters of Mizan. The aim of The Little Red Book of Mizan is to give a flavour of Mizan for those who are starting out on their journey. You may be thinking of having treatment; you may be thinking of training as a practitioner; you may be thinking about joining a Wombspace Workshop. The author of each chapter has described what Mizan means to them, and how it fits with her existing practice. 


Contributors and editors alike have generously donated their time and will receive no financial reward for it: a testament to the sisterhood of Mizan. Instead, all receipts from sales will go to the Mizan Bursary, which exists to allow women access to training who may not otherwise manage it.
