Love you but...
As a REALLY long time customer and someone who not only loves the ASOS own brand clothing but the fact you cater to a variety of unique styles that inspires me to try new prints and cuts everytime. However...I miss the days I could search for a skirt or top or whatever and find one I liked and it gave me the different colors that were available without having to scroll down 85 other tops to find the same one in a different shade, because by the time I scroll down those 85 tops I have forgotten what I even wanted.
Life would be easier.💗
Horrible experience
I have always been very happy with ASOS but my last order experience has been a disaster. First, after I placed my order there was no option for me to check the status or where my order was.
Second, reaching an actual customer support is next to impossible. There are FAQs that don’t answer my questions but rather keeps taking me back to the same annoying questions. The live chat is just useless, I waited for over 15 mins to chat on the same page but nothing!
Third, after I finally received a tracking link, I followed the link to a FedEx page which says that it is an untracked order and there is absolutely no information about where the order is. Very disappointed!
My favorite
It’s very hard not to find everything you need because they really have it all, with different brands and prices ranges suitable for everyone, I really can’t live without ASOS
